Dimensional 3D Statistical report

Dimensional controls are run by a state of the art measuring tool placed in a metrological thermostabilized room. Hereby we monitor and test quality both during the manufacturing process and just before shipment.

At the end of all tests, we issue a 3D statistical report on the attained dimensions.Controls are performed by means of 3D measuring machine “DEA Global Status”, sporting a 2000 x 900 x 800 stroke.We work 3D controls on behalf of third parties.
