THE CUSTOMER SENDS THE PROJECT
Every mechanical detail is manufactured along the technical standards stated in the sent project, including, when required, row materials.
Corpan handles projects any format from drawn on paper to digital, DXF, DWG, IGES, STEP and PARASOLID 2D/3D models processing them CAD-CAM to promptly provide quoting.
SOLID 3D MODEL DEVELOPMENT AS A MEANS TO MANUFACTURING
We run the 3D model, after its engineering and development, by means of CAM to extract the working coordinates to be sent to production department.
DATA TRANSMISSION
Following manufacturing planning, data are sent to machine tools to begin the manufacture itself.
MANUFACTURING AND QUALITY CONTROL
Parts undergo a halfway check as well as a final one in order to check their design compliancy. Further, if required, Corpan issues a certificate of conformity and/or a statistical report by means of a 3D measuring machine (CNC).
SHIPMENT
If required, in order to provide the components’ traceability we provide them with a lot and/or identification label.
