High-tech numerical control machine tools (CNC) enable Corpan top manufacturing process standards. Cutting edge 3D monitoring instruments make Corpan meet all customer’s precision requirements. Flexibility and high production capacity grant convenient customization opportunities of all pieces, and production runs consistent with the required timing.
Manufacturing mechanical parts on behalf of a third party
Combining advanced machinery and skilled technicians Corpan manufactures turned and milled mechanical parts on customer design and behalf of third parties. The largest working dimensions are listed in the Machines section.
Going into detail, Corpan offers the following services
- Numerical control turning (CNC): Precision mechanics by means of CNC lathes up to 4-axis;
- Milling: CNC milling by means of vertical and horizontal machining centers with turning table and simultaneous 4th-axis;
- Assembly of small subgroups (mainly for packaging industry)

High skilled technicians perform dimensional inspections in our thermostabilized metrological room with a 3D DEA GLOBAL STATUS machine stroke 2000x800x900, and release the Dimensional Report for every part
Logistics
On request, we deliver the finished parts at customer’s company premises, whether in Italy or abroad, by international freight forwarders and couriers.
